The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Film festival began with grand openning ceremony in Mumbai. Union minister of Information and Broadcasting and Youth Affairs and Sports Mr. Anurag Singh Thakur and Minister of State Meenakshi Lekhi inaugurated the SCO film festival.
